Spring in Paris

A bad day in Paris is still better than a good day anywhere else. Paris is a feeling. Paris is a home coming... to a place you've only dreamed of.

delenaxnian:

These scenes were just cruel. Sad. Upsetting. But moving at the same time. We all know how much Alaric meant to Damon and how much Damon meant to Alaric and these two scenes really showed how much they care for one another. They’d never abandon each other, not even in death. And (don’t kill me for saying this) but sometimes, I felt like Damon and Alaric were more like brothers than Damon and Stefan. We know Damon and Stefan would do anything for each other, but they’ve been missing the ‘friendship’ aspect of their brotherhood for the longest time, something that Damon and Alaric have always had. I’m gonna miss Alaric. He may still be alive, but to me, he did die. The good in him, the Alaric we love died. And I hope that the writers bring him back. He was so loved. And the fact that his life never went the way he wanted it to… And the fact that he never got to fix it and make his life better… It’s just sad. And pathetic. And the fact that Damon finally became close friends to someone, only to lose them again is sad as well. Dalaric will be missed.
